HOW DOES THE SHIPPING WORK?
Engines are oversized heavy item and therefore must be shipped via freight carriers. Our engines come strapped and secured to a pallet for sale transportation. Your delivery address must be a commercial (business) address with either a loading dock or access to a forklift. If a lift gate or any other form of unloading assistance is needed, please make sure to contact us before purchasing. Residential shipping is also available but at an additional fee. Please contact us for exact shipping quotes to residential addresses. If incorrect information is provided, additional charges will be incurred during delivery and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us first with your exact shipping details. Local pickup is available and recommended for residents in Southern California. Buyer can also arrange their own shipping if they wish, however a $75 pallet handling fee will be assessed. We offer free local delivery and free core pickup within 100 miles of our 91352 zip code.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
Our engine will come with an unlimited miles standard 3 month’s warranty. All engines will come with a written 3 month’s warranty. See our full warranty on our website. Core return is needed to validate warranty. Please see our warranty policy for full details. Warranty does not cover collateral damage. ***IMPORTANT*** Please inspect and clean your intake manifold prior to installation and first startup. Un-cleaned intake manifolds will allow debris to make its way inside the engine and will be very harmful to the engine. Small particles can scratch metal parts that are mating and seating with each other resulting in low compression or other harmful effects not covered by the warranty. Please clean all your parts! It’s very important.
HOW DOES CORE RETURN WORK?
The fully refundable core deposit is in addition to the buy it now or accepted offer price. Buyers will pay core charge in addition to the purchase and shipping price. Once you have received your engine and are completely satisfied with the purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your core. When you are returning your core, please make sure you have drained ALL the fluids and secured the engine to the pallet we shipped your engine on. Once you have the core ready for shipment, the buyer is responsible for 50% of the return shipping costs and we pay the other 50%. (Example, if you paid 280 for shipping, return core shipping will cost 160). Once your core is received, we will break down and inspect your core engine within 10 business days. We will refund you for your core based on the condition of the engine. We look for heavy internal and external damage to your core to determine if it is rebuildable or not. If your engine is found nonrefundable, we will grant a partial refund if the engine is found partially rebuildable.
